Returns
Due to the nature of our small-batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right. Email us at: orders@fiercelyfeminine.net
Shipping
 
All orders are shipped via USPS and typically processed within 3–5 business days.
Order schedule:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday–Thursday ship the same or next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET Thursday will ship the following Monday.
Once your order ships, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. During peak times (holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.
Tracking Shows “Delivered” But No Package?
Sometimes USPS tracking updates early, or your package may be placed somewhere unexpected for safekeeping. Here’s what to do:
Wait 1 business day — USPS may have pre-marked it as delivered.
Check around your home — front and back porch, garage, bushes, mailroom, or with neighbors.
Contact your local USPS branch — they can check directly with the carrier.

Please note: Fiercely Feminine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by USPS. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to reship it once the additional shipping cost is covered.
