Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do your soaps contain synthetic ingredients?
No. We avoid synthetic dyes, parabens, sulfates, and harsh detergents. Our colors come from clays, herbs, and plant-based ingredients — the kind you might find in a nature-inspired kitchen.

2. Are your products natural or organic?
We use high-quality, skin-loving ingredients — many of which are organic, and all of which are chosen with care. While not every ingredient is certified organic, we formulate with intention, leaning toward clean, effective, and beautiful components that support healthy skin.

3. Is Fiercely Feminine soap safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are formulated to be gentle, using nourishing oils and butters. Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products. That said, everyone’s skin is unique, so we recommend a patch test before first use if you have concerns.

4. How long do the soaps last?
That depends on use and storage. We recommend keeping your bar dry between uses — a self-draining soap dish works wonders. On average, a bar lasts about 3–4 weeks with daily use.

5. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We are proudly cruelty-free and never test our products or ingredients on animals.

6. Are your fragrances natural?
We use a thoughtful mix of 100% natural essential oils and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. This allows us to offer a diverse range of scents while maintaining skin safety and performance.

7. Can I request a custom scent or bulk order?
Yes. We love creating for special events, gifts, and wholesale partnerships. Contact us through our website to discuss your vision.

8. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened. All sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can address it.

9. Will my water type affect how the soap or body wash lathers?
Yes — water hardness can influence lather for both bar soaps and body washes. In soft water, you’ll often see bigger, fluffier bubbles. In hard water, lather may be creamier and slightly less voluminous because minerals bind with the cleansing agents. This is perfectly normal and doesn’t affect the cleansing or nourishing benefits of our products. Our formulas are designed to perform beautifully in both soft and hard water, but your experience may vary depending on your local water.
